Our call center
Our call center staff have the requisite qualifications, experience, capabilities and expertise to provide the legal services to the highest standards.We have 20 call centre agents who currently based at our office and 10 staff members who are on stand by when work becomes available. Our building has capacity to seat maximum of 50 outbound staff members.
Debtors can be assisted in their language of choice from the above-mentioned 11 official South African spoken languages as each staff member is able to speak at least 3 SA languages. All Senior Call centre agents and Supervisors have more than 5 years’ experience in debt collection.
